Theme color: Green, Grey, White, Black
Design Principles: Try to avoid using the same or similar colors (maroon, yellow, etc.) with the other local student housing brands.
Using green can make the audiences feel environmentally friendly and fresh. Using a contrast of black and white to make the essential information stand out (contact information, and now leasing)
