I created the documentary “How Has COVID Influenced Trinity University’s International Students from Asian Countries?” which aims to inform American college students and staff members about the needs of international students. This documentary builds upon personal experiences and research from interpersonal and Zoom interviews, published news and policies, and similar documentaries. Through two international students’ storytelling and a Trinity faculty member’s professional perspective, this creative project will offer a view for audiences to understand the international student’s life in their hometowns during the pandemic. More importantly, the documentary can influence policymakers to adjust some policies to help international students with learning difficulties.
